Mark Davis, Managing Director of Operations

As Director of Operations at Holliswood Development and Edifice Management, Mark oversees all Asset Management and Development matters. Mark works to guide strategic value add asset management plans, develop and adhere to property business plans and oversee the construction process at development sites. His extensive background in institutional development and asset management projects at New York Life Real Estate Investors, and Walter & Samuels, Inc. helps ownership maximize value and returns on investment. Mark has 10 years of experience in New York real estate and institutional real estate across the eastern seaboard. He has a degree in architecture from Roger Williams University.
