Julian Baeza, Acquisitions Intern

As an intern in for the acquisitions team, Julian Baeza provides support to identify, evaluate, and underwrite prospective investments. He contributes to business plan development for all considered properties through financial analysis and other key due diligence, as well as preparing investment memorandums for equity partners. He also plays a key role in developing new financial model templates not only to guide the firm’s underwriting processes amidst changes in New York City housing legislation but also to support the firm’s strategic consideration of diverse multifamily product types. Julian is an undergraduate student at Columbia University in the City of New York, pursuing a major in Economics-Political Science.
